- By 9-12 months:- 3-5 meals.

Composition of breast milk:-

Transitional milk :- 4 days to 10-14 days , thinner lighter in color.

Mature milk:- 2 weeks after baby is  delivered , thiner.

Preterm milk:- when a preterm baby is delivered 

Fore milk :- at the starts of the feed, watery.

Hind milk:- at the end of the feed,thick.
